Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For mortgages we may charge a fee equal to 0.5% of the loan in addition to commission paid by the lender Alternatively we can work on a pure fee basis of 1% of the loan and any commission that we receive from the lender will be refunded to you.
